Breathing Exercises to be done in the morning and night in bed.
Lay flat on your back, fully stretched out on the bed.

  • Take 3 deep breaths from your diaphragm. On the 3rd inhale, hold your breath for 3 seconds.
  • Next curl your toes towards your head as you take a deep inhale. You should feel the muscles tighten in your legs. Release on the exhale. Do this 3 times and again hold your breath for 3 seconds on the 3rd inhale.
  • Make fists with your arms fully extended on an inhale, again you should feel muscles tighten in your arms, taking a deep breath and on the exhale release your fists and relax. On the 3rd inhale hold for 3 seconds and then release.
  • This time curl your toes towards your head and make fists on an inhale and release on the exhale. Do this 3 times and again hold your breath for 3 seconds on the 3rd inhale.
Your body should feel warm and all the tension should have drained away.
